  • Heat Treatment :

    In-house facilities for Stress Relieving, Annealing, Normalizing, Quenching (Water and Polymer) etc. to achieve the properties of castings as per technical delivery conditions.

  • Fettling :

    Equipped Facility To Process The Casting With Sustainable Speed.3 Stations Of Swing Grinder 6nos., Hand Grinders 20nos. And Debarring At A Time, Air Arc Gauging.

  • Testing Facilities:

    In-house chemical & physical lab with Tensile test, BHN Facility, Bend Testing and Rockwell, Spectrometer, Dye Penetrating Test, Ultrasonic Testing, MPI and other Non-Destructive Testing.
